Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior store management experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will lead and train associates and ensure a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor as needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
