Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, fulfilling merchandising needs, and supervising store associates to maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities to contribute to a high-performing retail operation in Union City, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
