Job summary

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and maintain records related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and loss prevention measures.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; support inventory control.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and presentable; safeguard assets.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates.
