Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, assist customers, and develop team members at our Silver Springs, Florida location. The role emphasizes friendly service, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

The position is part-time and focuses on providing a positive, safe environment for customers and staff while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in merchandising and transferring merchandise between delivery and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom and sales floor.
• Ensure security of store assets and compliance with policies.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
