Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, maintain inventory and assist in scheduling and payroll.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced retail setting. This position offers part-time hours in our Douglas, WY location and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain store areas and stockroom to company standards.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed.
