You will assist with day-to-day functions, train and supervise associates, maintain a well-stocked sales floor and clean, safe stores, and ensure promotional displays meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform related physical duties including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Protect assets and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
