We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the store, support the Store Manager in achieving objectives, drive sales, recruit and develop a strong team, and build lasting relationships with customers.

What You'll Do

• Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotion of new products and utilizing channels such as social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership to run an operationally sound business with a balanced approach to operations, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets.
• Merchandise the store in a compelling way using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in partnership with the Store Manager.

What You'll Need

• At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams to success with skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and developing teammates.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and drive to develop your team.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
• Adaptability to a fast-changing retail environment and ability to handle dynamic challenges.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products with approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds (pack/unpack boxes of merchandise).
