We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in delivering excellent customer service, training new team members, and assisting with daily operations and sales goals.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
2. Assist in store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and supporting the management team when needed.
3. Open and close the store as required, handling cash register duties and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
4. Drive sales by promoting add-on benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup, and communicate shortages or overages to management.
5. Understand store sales goals and key performance indicators such as UPT and ADT.
6. Support store merchandising efforts, including planogram updates and store layout adjustments.
7. Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ partners.
8. Maintain store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management.
9. Assist in keeping the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
10. Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team environment.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
