We are looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will support the store leadership team in delivering excellent customer service, training new recruits, and supporting daily operations and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist in managing the sales floor and stepping in as needed to support the team.
• Open and close the store as required, ensuring security and operational procedures are followed.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales through various benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Understand and contribute to the store’s sales plan, KPIs, and merchandising strategies.
• Assist with planogram updates and store layout changes.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Maintain store organization, stockroom cleanliness, and overall store appearance.
• Support team development and foster a collaborative environment.
