We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to enhance the customer experience. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new staff, and assisting with daily operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Step in to support store operations and leadership as needed
• Open and close the store, managing store keys responsibly
• Handle sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and communicate register issues to management
• Understand sales targets and KPIs such as UPT and ADT
• Assist with store layout and merchandising updates
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ
• Ensure store security and prevent theft with management support
• Maintain organized stock rooms and store cleanliness
• Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, passion for music and pop culture preferred
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills
