Responsibilities

• Operate store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Recommend products and up-sell
• Merchandise and enforce company policies
• Set promotional signage
• Retrieve merchandise from stockroom as needed
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor
• Open and close the store
• Train newly hired associates
• Direct sales and cashier staff
• Inventory control and loss prevention compliance
• Enforce company policies
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
