Job summary

böhme in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sales Lead to work alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual merchandising, and supervise daily store operations.

The role focuses on leading the sales floor, guiding a team to meet sales goals and KPIs, handling cash and POS duties, and ensuring store standards from stock receiving to loss prevention. Weekend availability is required, with a 15–29 hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.
• Hours: 15-29 per week; weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures, including cash deposits to the bank.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme.
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager.
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

About the role:

A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you’ll do:
