Job summary

National Storage Solutions is seeking a Self Storage Assistant Manager for Easy Stop Storage in Amarillo, TX. You will help manage daily sales and operational goals within a team and assist in marketing efforts while building local business relationships.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Travel and lifting up to 30 lbs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in the Self-Storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to travel is a MUST
• Ability to prepare rental agreements with customers
• Customer service
• Experience with sales and administrative duties
• Possess a high level of problem-solving skills
• Help develop and execute effective marketing plans
• Experience in coaching and training employees towards states goals
• Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted
• Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses is a plus
• Hold a valid driver license- a MUST
• High School Diploma- Preferred.
