Job summary

National Storage Solutions Management seeks an experienced Self Storage Assistant Manager to oversee sales and operations at a store level within a team setting. You will collaborate with Managers to develop and execute sales and operational goals and help manage two facilities in the Midland–Odessa area.

The role requires customer service and sales experience, willingness to travel between facilities, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. A High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales and admin duties is required.
• Willingness to travel between Midland and Odessa locations a must.
• Lifts up to 30 lbs and holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

National Storage Solutions, a top performer in the Self-Storage Industry, is seeking an experienced Self Storage Assistant Manager to oversee the sales and operations of a store level within a team environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Managers in managing local storage facilities and help with development and execution of sales and operational goals. The Assistant Store Manager will help oversee local marketing for two locations in the Midland, Odessa area, while helping build relationships with local business leaders to promote our services, and help to promote the companies’ brand within the community.Able to work 4 hours on Saturdays except for the 1st Saturday of the month you would be off.Operational experience in the Self-Storage industry is a plus, but not mandatoryAbility to travel is a MUSTAbility to prepare rental agreements with customersCustomer serviceExperience with sales and administrative dutiesPossess a high level of problem-solving skillsHelp develop and execute effective marketing plansExperience in coaching and training employees towards states goalsAbility to lift 30lbs unassistedExperience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses is a plusHold a valid driver license- a MUSTWillingness and ability to travel between facilities (Midland & Odessa) is a MUSTHigh School Diploma- Preferred.If you meet these requirements, then we would love to talk to you about this exciting career opportunity!!
