Job summary

National Storage Solutions Management seeks an experienced Self Storage Assistant Manager to oversee sales and operations at a store level within a team setting. You will collaborate with Managers to develop and execute sales and operational goals and help manage two facilities in the Midland–Odessa area.

The role requires customer service and sales experience, willingness to travel between facilities, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. A High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales and admin duties is required.
• Willingness to travel between Midland and Odessa locations a must.
• Lifts up to 30 lbs and holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for store level within a team environment.
• Work with Managers to develop and execute sales and operational goals.
• Oversee local marketing for two locations; build relationships with local business leaders.
• Promote the company brand within the community.
