Semcac is seeking a part-time Assistant Cook in Rochester, MN to help provide nutritious, high-quality meals for older adults in our service area. You will work with our Head Cook to prepare menu items and help ensure meals are served safely and efficiently.

Job description

JOB STATUS: Semcac is seeking a part-time Assistant Cook to help provide nutritious, high-quality meals for older adults throughout our service area. This position plays an important role in meal preparation, food service, kitchen sanitation, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience.

As an Assistant Cook, you’ll work alongside our Head Cook to prepare menu items, keep the kitchen clean and organized, assist with inventory and food deliveries, and help ensure meals are served safely and efficiently.

Compensation: $17.57-$19.33. Higher wages available with 10+ years of direct experience. Semcac offers prorated holidays and PTO, a 401 (k) retirement plan, an Employee Assistance Program, and optional insurance benefits, including vision.
