Job summary

Canterbury Woods Retirement Community in California is seeking an Assistant Cook. Under the supervision of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, you will help prepare food as directed, plate dishes attractively, and apply a range of techniques to the tasks assigned.

You may be stationed at a single station to focus on one type of dish. This full-time benefited role requires weekend availability with a 6am-2pm shift.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handlers’ certification from local health department.
• High School diploma or GED required.
