Job summary

Semcac in Rochester, MN seeks a caring, organized Site Manager to coordinate daily operations for our Senior Nutrition dining site and Meals on Wheels program. This part-time role supports nutritious meals, social connections, and community resources for older adults.

The position is Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–12:00 pm, totaling about 13–15 hours per week. You will supervise meal service, maintain records, recruit and volunteer, and engage participants in activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate volunteers and community partners.
• Experience working with seniors or in a community program is preferred.

Job description

JOB STATUS: Semcac is seeking a caring, organized, community-focused Site Manager to coordinate daily operations for our Senior Nutrition dining site and Meals on Wheels program. In this rewarding role, you will help ensure seniors receive nutritious meals, meaningful social connections, and access to valuable community resources.

• Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 12 pm, or 13-15 hours/week.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee meal service activities, maintain program records, recruit and coordinate volunteers, support outreach efforts, and plan engaging activities for participants. You’ll work closely with staff, volunteers, and community members to create a welcoming environment that promotes health, independence, and well-being for older adults.

COMPENSATION: $16.42 – $18.06. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10+ years of direct experience. Semcac offers pro-rated holidays, 401(k) retirement, sick and safe leave, an Employee Assistance Program, and optional insurance benefits, including vision.
