Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and staff

Responsibilities

• RepresentIPG professionally at all times
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote available homes
• Conduct community tours and engage prospective buyers
• Host open houses on weekends and attend after-hours events as needed
• Assist Community Manager with rent collection, deposits, and reporting
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor contracts
• Maintain property curb appeal and cleanliness
• Ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
• Walk property daily to ensure safety and quality of living environment
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting
