Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous coaching or playing experience in the applicable sport.
Ability to communicate with and mentor college-aged student-athletes.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and travel with team as required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

On-Court Coaching and Development: Assist in planning and executing daily practices, focusing on individual skill development and team tactics.
Scouting and Game Preparation: Conduct video breakdown and prepare scouting reports for upcoming matchups.
Operations and Administration: Assist with equipment inventory, fundraising, youth camps, and related events.
Rules Compliance: Maintain compliance with NJCAA DIII, Region 3, MSAC and SUNY Broome policies.
