This position is a Technical/Professional role and is paid with a supplement as per the Santa Fe College Salary Schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the head coach with sport-specific instruction
• Team conditioning
• Game strategy
• Facility upkeep
• Equipment organization
• Recruiting of prospects
• Travel to away games during the sport playing season
• Ability to demonstrate the skills necessary to teach baseball
• Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Head Baseball Coach

Qualifications Required

• Associates degree OR (2) two years of directly related experience, including coaching, or playing baseball at the college or professional level
• (2) two years of experience of coaching baseball at the high school, college, club, or equivalent level
• Other: A criminal background check will be conducted
