Job summary

Disney's Citadel Disney Store in Commerce, CA seeks an Asset Protection Specialist for a part-time role (24 hours/week). You will deter security risks, conduct inspections, and support investigations to protect Cast Members and Guests.

Requires 4+ years in asset protection or security, a valid guard license, and ability to lift 40 lbs; weekend availability is expected. Training in security programs provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience.
• Valid Security Guard license in the state of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb a ladder.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deterrence and response to suspicious activity and unsafe behaviors.
• Onsite security inspections and audits; report risks to leaders and Asset Protection.
• Support investigations using POS reports.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and crisis response.
• Manage access screening of Cast Members and vendors.
