The Creekside School in San Jose, CA is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Art Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll design and deliver engaging individual and group art therapy experiences for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

This role focuses on developing coping and social-emotional skills, collaborating with teachers and specialists, and using data to tailor programming. A Master’s in Art Therapy and ATR/ATR-BC are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Art Therapy or a related field.
• Registered Art Therapist (ATR or ATR-BC).

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and manage an engaging art therapy program.
• Provide high-quality individual and group art therapy experiences.
• Support coping, social-emotional, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, Related Services providers, and families.
• Collect and review data to adjust programming.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
