Job summary

Blick Art Materials in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Retail Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product knowledge, merchandising, and signage. The role includes supporting the Custom Services desk, handling appointments, and delivering completed orders in-store.

The successful candidate will work 15–25 hours weekly, join onboarding and sales training, and enjoy employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of traditional art mediums.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales and product knowledge to meet or exceed expectations.
• Complete onboarding and sales training as well as Blick programs and special orders.
• Provide service at the Custom Services desk, schedule and deliver Custom Services orders.
• Display a positive attitude with all customer interactions.
• Assist with merchandise set-ups and maintain visual standards.
• Report low stock, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.
