Job summary

Blick Art Materials, LLC is seeking a Retail Store Sales Associate to support the team with outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and in-store merchandising. You will assist customers at the Custom Services desk, handle appointments and orders, manage signage and pricing, operate the POS system, and help prevent loss while upholding company policies.

Flexibility with day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability for flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales and product knowledge.
• Manage merchandise set-ups and visual standards; maintain store appearance.
• Assist at the Custom Services desk with appointments, orders, and delivery of completed orders.
• Assist with signage, pricing, and POS transactions.
• Report low stock and inventory discrepancies to management.
