Job summary

Blick Art Materials, LLC is hiring a Retail Store Sales Associate in Atlanta to deliver outstanding customer service, leverage product knowledge, and help drive sales in a busy arts retail setting.

You will support the Custom Services desk, assist with merchandising, and uphold visual standards while working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior art knowledge and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment (flexible schedule possible).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of traditional art mediums preferred (paints, markers, pencils, etc.).
• Availability for flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and training to meet customer expectations.
• Assist at the Custom Services desk with appointments, consultations, orders, and in-store delivery of completed projects.
• Coordinate merchandise setup, maintain visual standards, and support store presentations.
• Report low stock, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.
