Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience delivering superior customer service in a retail environment.
• Working knowledge of traditional art mediums is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist in merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
• Support loss prevention and follow company policies.
• Assist Custom Services desk and coordinate appointments and orders.
