Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location following post orders and procedures.
Conduct regular armed patrols of government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
Prepare incident reports and patrol logs; coordinate with law enforcement and site representatives when needed.
