Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of government facilities and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and screen individuals, vehicles, and property per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation of incidents and patrols.
