Qualifications

Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation conducted per laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by following site procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with authorities as needed.
Monitor access to property and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization.
Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken.
