Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store team members, shoppers, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and observe activities, reporting concerns to site contacts or law enforcement.
• Complete incident reports and logs in accordance with procedures.
