Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Must have at least 3 years of either military, law enforcement, corrections or armed experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigations and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security‑related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the assigned site and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization as required and document observations.
