Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers and employees while following armed security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with site procedures and laws.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns to management.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain professional communication with leadership and responders.
