You will monitor and patrol government locations, control access, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible presence. Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrols and communicate findings to leadership.
