Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Armed Response Driver in Midland, TX. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The position supports part‑time schedules with anchor shifts and an option to grow toward a full‑time schedule, while maintaining flexibility for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Armed certification (Level III) in Texas and age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security and customer service at the client site.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols in and around the site to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and patrols promptly per site procedures.
