The position emphasizes customer service, patrols, incident response, and strict adherence to site procedures. Schedule is DayTime 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM; pay rate is $14.00 per hour, with mandatory certifications and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check and drug screening.
• Attend required security training and comply with licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store, parking areas, loading zones, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly per Allied Universal requirements.
