Player 15 Group in Phoenix seeks a part-time Event Security Officer for the Mortgage Matchup Center. You will protect guests and assets, greet attendees, and monitor access with x-ray screening and metal detectors.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, arena layout knowledge, incident response, and clear incident reporting. A high school diploma and 18+ are required, with flexible post assignments and Suns game attendance opportunities.

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Understand arena layout to assist guests and provide direction, including during emergencies.
• Respond quickly and accurately to incidents with professional and firm conduct.
• Ensure arena policies and safety rules are followed and maintain order.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor and control crowds during all events.
• Verify credentials to access restricted areas.
• Write clear and concise incident reports.
• Monitor, patrol and respond to alarms/emergency situations inside/outside the Arena.
