The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in archaeology or anthropology and at least two years of CRM supervisory experience, plus a valid driver's license. This role requires travel for fieldwork and strong leadership skills in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in archaeology, anthropology or a related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in CRM.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Crew Chief for complex cultural resource investigations, with supervision of a field crew.
• Conduct and lead cultural resources surveys, site recording, excavations, monitoring, and other fieldwork duties.
• Assist staff with permit compliance and other agency/regulatory stipulations.
• Implement research designs, treatment plans, and other CRM guidance.
• Coordinate with Field Directors and Project Management to ensure projects are concluded on schedule and within budget.
• Quality Control for all activities and data collected in the field.
• Travel for fieldwork required by this position.
