Job summary

Pacific Portables is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Collections Specialist to support accurate billing, AR data entry, and timely collections. You will review invoices, contact customers, and coordinate payment plans while contributing to general office duties and reporting needs.

The role requires strong numeric skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid communication. Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to work independently or in a team will help you succeed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate billing and accounts receivable data.
• Review billing statements, invoices, and related documents for accuracy.
• Contact customers to resolve billing issues and ensure accounts are current.
• Manage past-due accounts by arranging payment plans or coordinating resolution.
• Research, compile, and track data related to collections efforts.
• Prepare and distribute accounting reports as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as mail distribution, phone calls, and other office support.
