Job summary

Park Hill is seeking an Aquatic Center Assistant Manager (Part Time) for about 25 hours per week. The role involves on-site supervision, coordinating programs, and maintaining safety and service standards at the Aquatic Center.

Responsibilities include class registrations, answering questions, and staff oversight. Requires CPR and Lifeguard certifications and ability to work evenings and some weekends; lifting 40 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess effective communication skills.
• Possess current CPR and Lifeguard certifications with the Red Cross.
• Ability to work part time evenings and some weekends.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds to waist level on occasion.
• Able to multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Register students for Aquatic Class registrations.
• Answer Aquatic questions and be familiar with the on-goings of the Aquatic Center.
• Be familiar with classes and enrollment procedures.
• Work closely with the Aquatic Director and other pool managers.
• Effectively manage a staff of four to eight employees consisting of lifeguards, swim instructors, aerobics instructors, swim team coaches, front desk attendants, and administrative assistants.
