Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to determine needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model or available units and discusses layout and amenities.
• Follows up with prospects via thank you notes and calls.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Enters prospect and applicant data into property management software and uses reports to monitor performance.
• Manages lease forms, collects rent deposits, and collects monthly rents.
• Handles service requests and maintains resident files.
• Schedules move-ins/move-outs and supports the Property Manager.
