Job summary

Easlan Management Company is seeking a PART-TIME Leasing Consultant for the on-site team at 10 Newbridge Apartments in Asheville, NC. You will greet visitors, highlight amenities, qualify prospects, and support resident retention through attentive service.

Schedule: Mon and Fri 9:00–6:00, Sat 10:00–4:00, Sun 12:00–5:00. Requirements: High School or equivalent; 1 year leasing experience preferred; basic Windows skills; strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in an apartment leasing role is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring with prospects and answering questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle at 10 Newbridge apartment homes.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations while maintaining retention.
• Coordinate required office activities and paperwork related to apartment rentals.
