Job summary

Easlan Management Company in Asheville, NC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to handle the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, leasing office, parking areas and other community buildings at a multi-family property.

Responsibilities include assisting with make-readies, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, snow removal when applicable, and reporting maintenance concerns to the Supervisor/Property Manager. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and means of immediate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways and leasing office.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.
• Report maintenance concerns to Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager.
