SC Johnson Professional seeks a Part-Time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist in Charlotte, NC. The role handles AP via SAP ERP, assists AR collections, and supports reconciliations and related projects.

30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with on-site office hours and limited remote work after onboarding. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus the ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Enter invoices for payment via 3-way matching or approvals.
• Process employee expense reports for reimbursement.
• Manage intercompany AP invoices and monthly utility payments.
• Review vendor master data changes (banking, address, contact info).
• Perform SAP data verification and issue test payments.
