Responsibilities

• Enter invoices for payment via 3-way matching or non-PO approvals; process employee expense reports.
• Manage intercompany invoices for AP and monthly utility payments; maintain checklist.
• Review and update vendor master data; verify data and test payments in SAP.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve price discrepancies; respond to inquiries.
• Manage AR accounts with customer discrepancies and portal usage; send monthly statements.
• Post AR entries and support additional AR/AP tasks as needed by management.
