Vaco by Highspring is seeking a part-time AP/AR Specialist to support accounting and general office operations in our Trenton, NJ location. The role is fully in-office with 20–25 hours per week and flexible hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AP/AR experience, strong reconciliation and GL skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of AP/AR experience preferred.
• Strong AP/AR, reconciliation, and general ledger skills.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, payments, deposits, and credit card transactions.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close and audits.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099s.
• Support purchasing, procurement, and basic IT administration.
