The instructor will use student-centered pedagogy, varied instructional methods, and technology to engage learners and promote equity in course outcomes. Strong collaboration with Liberal Arts faculty is expected.

Formación

• Master's degree in Anthropology or related field required.
• Demonstrated ability to teach Cultural Anthropology.
• Experience with a variety of instructional methods.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence and community college mission.

Responsabilidades

• Teach one or more sections in Anthropology.
• Develop and use student-centered pedagogies to promote success and equity.
• Develop and use meaningful assessment strategies.
• Develop and apply instructional methods for diverse learners.
• Integrate technology in and out of the classroom.
• Use Blackboard LMS to post syllabi, assignments, and grades.
• Fulfill terms of the faculty contract per MCC Agreement.
