Job summary

The Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire is seeking a part-time Animal Services Representative to provide a variety of specialized clerical services for the Department of Animal Services. The role may include animal licensing, front counter operations, clinic programs, or phone center duties and requires excellent customer service and organization.

Under supervision, the Animal Services Representative performs advanced customer service and administrative support work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with the public and ARC team.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, high-quality service and refer inquiries as needed.
• Plan and carry out administrative assignments and special projects.
• Handle front counter duties and answer phone calls.
• Process licenses and fees and maintain revenue reports.
• Schedule appointments for animal services and programs.
