USA Lacrosse is seeking an Alumni Relations Specialist to engage alumni and constituents through programs like National Teams and Hall of Fame. The role partners with the Foundation, coordinates outreach, and builds strong relationships to deepen affinity and advocacy.

The position is part-time with a hybrid, in-office/work-from-home arrangement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in alumni relations or related fields and are skilled in CRM tools and communications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a development, alumni relations, marketing, or event management professional.
• Working knowledge of alumni engagement and fundraising concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Strong relationship-building skills and professional engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM or databases like Salesforce for stakeholder records.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and execution of engagement strategies for alumni and constituents.
• Identifies audiences for deeper engagement and potential donors.
• Coordinates outreach via in-person, virtual, email, and written channels; helps develop alumni communications.
• Partners with marketing to develop collateral and event promotion for alumni audiences.
• Maintains contact reports and reflects affiliations in databases.
