AlixPartners is seeking an Alumni Engagement Intern in New York for a hybrid, part-time role (roughly 15–20 hours/week) for about 6–8 months. The position reports to the Employee and Alumni Relations Senior Specialist and offers a practical introduction to alumni relations, marketing, and content creation.

The role emphasizes CRM usage, event support, and ongoing updates to our alumni community, with a focus on accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently earned undergraduate degree in applicable field.
• Interest in alumni relations, marketing, events, community marketing.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-performing environment.
• Analytical and able to manage reports and metrics.
• Attention to detail for tracking projects.

Responsibilities

• Update the alumni database to keep records accurate.
• Create alumni event materials including communications and nametags.
• Research alumni to feature in the alumni spotlight series.
• Update AlixAlumni online community portal with new content.
• Support KPI reporting and monthly metric analysis.
• Assist with developing alumni communications and newsletters.
